In 2004, Mr. Gaur played a pivotal role in building Metrade India Ltd. (Kathua Unit) from the ground up. Under his leadership, the company grew rapidly and became one of the top three lead and alloy manufacturers in India, setting new benchmarks for quality and production standards in the sector.
Following this success, he went on to work with several renowned organizations, including Multimetals Pvt. Ltd., NSAIL Indore, Metssa Pvt. Ltd., and Gravita Ltd., contributing to their technical advancement and operational growth. His expertise also extended internationally, where he worked as a consultant for major Indian and global companies, overseeing operations and plant setups in the UAE, Oman, Northern Africa, and South Korea.

With over 31 years of rich experience in the lead industry, Mr. Gaur has built strong, long-standing relationships across South Korea, Europe, the USA, Africa, and the Middle East — facilitating large-scale sales, sourcing, and global trade partnerships.
